Greenworks 40v Battery Powered Pole Saw

So I got this Greenworks battery powered pole saw the other day on Amazon and I have to say that I like it way more than I ever thought that I would. I actually needed it for a very specific purpose. I could have spent the same money to get a company to come out and do it for me, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to go ahead and buy myself a tool for the same price.

I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, I figured worse case scenario would be that it worked for the small job that I needed it for and if it broke… well I wouldn’t be out of pocket. That is where I was wrong, this thing has held up REALLY well so far, in the short amount of time that I have had it I have thrown a lot of things at it. I have found it particularly useful in situations such as shrub removal where the trunk of a bush that you need to cut down is in behind a bunch of branches. Just stick this thing in there and turn it on and BAM.

All you need is a little bar oil and to keep that 40v battery charged and you will be good to go. Check out the video that I made on unboxing it and see it in action a little.
